Grilled bell peppers, deer sausage and chicken for dinner with a spinach salad tossed with raspberry vinaigrette, dried cranberries, toasted pecans and feta. Mango for dessert and accompanied by my dad’s favorite California red from the Folie à Deux winery. We had this wine at Thanksgiving and now it always reminds me of family and home.I showed my gratitude by zinging my dad with a bug zapper while in pursuit of a mosquito. Thanks for dinner, Daddy!
